AMF aims to satisfy customer requirements, totally and consistently.
To achieve this aim we have adopted a policy to establish, maintain and develop an effective and efficient Quality System based on ISO 9001:2008. It is our aim to continually improve our systems and performance by establishing and reviewing measurable objectives set by top management on an ongoing basis.
As Managing Director, I have ultimate responsibility for Quality. All employees in the company also have a responsibility to carry out their duties in a manner that recognises their obligations to the achievement of the Company Quality Policy.
Managers are responsible for ensuring that systems are in place and policies communicated throughout the organisation to maintain the Company’s registration as a “Firm of Assessed Capability”. These systems, policies and objectives will be reviewed from time to time for continuing suitability.
I am convinced that Quality is essential to the success of the Company and to our future prosperity.
