Assembly
Our class 10,000 cleanrooms cover over 250 square metres and have fully integrated power, gas delivery, handling and inspection facilities. We regularly assemble products from sub-millimetre scale to full-sized wafer-processing systems weighing several tonnes.
We can bring class 1000 and class 100 micro-environments online for specialist assembly.
We have a fully integrated electronics facility which designs as well as manufactures. Customers who have required specialised test equipment or increased efficiencies and/or cost saving in their production have successfully used this design capability.
Cleanroom
AMF specialises in contract electronics and cleanroom product manufacture, from PCB design to the assembly and testing of entire semiconductor handling systems. We have close ties to the largest players in the semiconductor fabrication, mass spectrometry and wafer handling industries, and pride ourselves on being able to take a client's product from concept to final production, handling all aspects of sourcing, assembly and testing.
With our extensive manufacturing facilities, full chemical clean laboratory, computer-controlled stores, full ISO approval and central location, we are uniquely placed to deliver a full end-to-end service to you and your customers.
